Job Description
As Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating both service delivery and managing projects within Cow Hills. You are the linking pin between the client, service provider and Cow Hills, where you are responsible for ensuring quality and successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring budgets and deadlines, ensuring optimal alignment between client expectations and project goals. You ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. In addition, you ensure that feedback from clients and service parties is led back to the organization for continuous improvement.
Focus areas:
- Customer relationship: management: Actively maintain and expand customer
relationships, working proactively on customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Projectmanagement: Manage expectations, both externally with the client and
internally within the organization, ensuring successful delivery of projects according to the
agreed scope, timelines, budgets and aftercare
- Commerciality: Recognize and exploit commercial opportunities with existing
clients
- Service Excellence: Ensure seamless service delivery, continuously improve our
service processes and manage the performance of our own service team as well as our service
partners’ services
- Internal collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and
support to provide integrated and efficient service delivery
You:
- are strongly service orientated and have a commercial drive and customer focus
- have at least an HBO diploma, preferably in a technical or business administration direction
- are analytical and regard complex issues as a challenge
- have experience in a similar role within the IT or retail sector, where specific knowledge of POS systems and SaaS solutions is an advantage
- are a real team player but also independent and proactive
- are flexible and understand that retail service requires you to be occasionally available outside standard office hours
- are an excellent communicator, both in Dutch and English and good at bringing people together
- are organizationally strong, keep overview and structure
- are capable of assessing and prioritizing issues and escalations while ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction
